Tracy L. Shotts has 16 years experience working in medical field in addition to operating the family owned business with her husband and Auctioneer David H. Shotts, Jr in since 1989. She is currently in pursuit of acquiring her Illinois state broker's license for real estate and obtaining a managing broker’s license, and soon after her broker’s license for the state of Indiana.
David H. Shotts, Jr. has enjoyed serving the public through auctions and appraisals since 1989. He is a graduate of the Western College of Auctioneering of Billings, Montana. He is a licensed Auctioneer in the State of Illinois and Indiana and is also a certified Real Estate Appraiser in the State of Illinois. He has conducted numerous auctions including real estate, livestock and personal property, selling thousands of acres of cropland, recreational land along with residential and commercial property. He has moved large amounts of antiques and collectibles, glassware, farm machinery, restaurant equipment and specialty items. He continues to conduct non-profit/charity auctions for Quail Unlimited, Nat'l Wild Turkey Federation, Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, Clark County Sportsman's Club, 4-H Livestock in several counties, charity auctions to help children and families, school functions and celebrity auctions. He is a member of the following; Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate (AARE), Illinois Coalition Appraisal Professionals (ICAP), National Auctioneer’s Association and the Indiana and Illinois Auctioneer’s Association.
